Okara Cookies

Okara is the left over soy bean pulp from the tofu making process. It can be used in a variety of ways, one being for cookie dough!

Ingredients


Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and knead them to a homogenous dough.
Split the dough in eight portions and form them to small balls.
Put the balls on a baking tin lined with a baking mat and press them flat into a cookie shape.
Bake for ~15 minutes until the cookies turn brown.
